Homeschool Haikus

I know today is supposed to be memoir day, but honestly y'all, I'm a little exhausted from yesterday still.  And 'cause this is my blog and I do what I want, my girls and I are going to put up some autumn haikus with a link-up at the end.  Easy peasy and can pass as learnin'.

Perfect for us lazy savvy homeschooling moms!

I'll post mine here and then my kiddos will link theirs at the bottom.  If you or your kids want to write some haikus of your own, feel free to link up here too :)

Autumn Day
Leaves- red, yellow, brown
V formations are flying
Warm sun, cool breeze. Sigh.

Now it's your turn...

  1. Haikus are easy
But sometimes they don't make sense.

  2. I beg to differ, haiku is hard. It's all about precision of language that does make sense.

    :)

Since your daughter's blog is a alliterative and burgeoning one, I have shared mine with her instead of linking up.

Wouldn't want people to think I was trying to be a writer or sumthin.

  4. I could NEVER write a haiku that made any sense...even my 4th grade teacher told me that. Beautiful picture, Dweej :)

  6. I had to give you an award. http://inadequatedisciple.blogspot.com/2011/10/stylish-blogger-award.html

I hope you don't mind, because this honor is more like a meme. I hope you'll enjoy it because it gives us (your readers) a chance to learn more about you.
