Webby Wednesday- Trees of the Field (with discount!)

Before I started this blog, going to the mailbox was never that exciting.  In fact, for the most part, it was one of the things that we bickered about not doing.  Kind of like the way we are about answering the phone.  Someone's gotta do it eventually, but so help us if it's gonna be me!

But now I sometimes get real, honest to goodness, lovely things from lovely bloggy friends.  And those are the very best days.

Just this week I opened a Happy Bloggiversary present from my friend Cari at Clan Donaldson (follow her blog this instant, for the love of all that is funny and good) and in it found these...

And was reminded that she has her very own Etsy shop featuring covetable items showcasing her fabulous photography.

I know.  She homeschools, she's growing baby number 6, AND she somehow manages to be an amazing photographer and an uber entertaining writer.  Can she bottle up some of that and sell it?

And did I mention generous?  Because she totally is, offering a 20% discount at her shop for the next two weeks if you use promo code HOUSEUNSEEN .  Shazam!

So visit her blog (she's doing a giveaway right now, by the way), then git yer shop on over at Trees of the Field.  Tell her dweej sent you.  You'll be glad you did.

  2. I am the opposite, I love going to the mailbox but then again, local stores rarely carry things I like, so I shop online and those items come to my mail box... like the first season of Sherlock that came last week, and a couple of books I ordered that will arrive soon.

    1. That is a good point, Ann. Right before Christmas I do look forward to the mail arriving. I don't really get anything fun in the mail at other times of the year....except when bloggy friends get all generous-like!

  3. I just recently found your blog and I'm having fun catching up in the archives (all while on a self-imposed blog break...I just can't stop reading though!) Thus far you've managed to make me laugh (loudly), tear up, and smile...

Many God bless you and your beautiful family...I'm loving your house transformations!
