Well folks, I truly thought this day would never come. The magical-halfway-point-that-really-isn't-the-halfway-point-because-you're-not-even-pregnant-for-the-first-two-weeks-of-your-pregnancy-but-don't-bother-me-with-details-because-I'm-too-busy-celebrating is here. Happy 20 weeks as of Saturday!
Enjoy this failed attempt at a belly photo (because Cecilia really is too cute, so I definitely could not tell her to scram)....
I promise a real post soon. In fact, I'm working on my Top 10 Ways to use vinegar around the house. That'll be all useful and stuff, right? Until then, happy warmest February in the history of Michigan!
p.s. does anyone else think the belly has actually shrunk since 16 weeks? Yeah, it's because the rest of my body has grown to try and catch up. Be not fooled by the photographic optical illusions, friends.

You look great! Congratulations! You're almost there!
ReplyDeleteYou do look great, I hope you're not feeling sick anymore!
ReplyDeleteYou look awesome!!! Know how I know? Because, at 20 weeks with this pregnancy, I looked like I swallowed you and your baby PLUS my own baby.
ReplyDeleteWoo hoo! You look awesome. And Cecilia is adorable. And I'm looking forward to the vinegar post. I love vinegar!
ReplyDeleteLooking good to me!
ReplyDeleteInclude ways to use the vinegar WITHOUT smelling it. I love the idea of using it. I just can't stand the smell. :(
Oh man...well, none of it makes your house or clothes smell like vinegar, but you'll probably catch a whiff of it coming out of the container. Bummer!
DeleteLooking good mama!
ReplyDeleteLook how long your hair is getting! You are one gorgeous mamma! Also. I like how the lawn chairs out in the Michigan February. A great memory shot for baby en utero. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteIt IS getting so long, isn't it? A leeeeeetle out of control. We'll see how long I can go before I hack it all off ;)
DeleteYeah, can you believe the lack of snow on the ground in addition to said lawn chairs? It's wild, man!
You look gorgeous - just enjoy the rest as much as possible...soon you'll have that wee babe, and you won't care about the growth!
ReplyDeleteyou are tiny, tiny. I also was going to comment on the lack of snow! Yeah for global warming!
ReplyDeleteOk, I have to mention the lawn chairs, too. But only because I'm dying to know what fascinating thing was happening on the road for them to be angled like that. Was there a parade? An escape attempt?
ReplyDeleteOh, and you look adorable. Natch.
We weren't even sitting in them- they were being used to make an obstacle course for the dogs. Because we're wacky like that.
DeleteLooking lovely Dweej! Great picture. I use vinegar for EVERYTHING. Best stuff ever.
ReplyDeletenice shoes! ;) this is the prettiest pregnancy stage I think...:)
ReplyDeleteMy Melissa shoes! I think about you every time I put them on (in a non-creepy way, I swear), which means I think about you a LOT :)
DeletePretty, pretty! Love the shoes! Love using Vinegar, too; great for windows!
ReplyDeleteYou are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh you look so cute! I gained in my legs and arms too and never had that cute preggo body like you have. Congrats on the halfway mark.
